The Cult is a dangerous cult of assassins based in Hallstatt. It was headed by The Chancellor.

History

The entirety of the Cult's history is unknown. However, the Chancellor has commented that it has remained active for thousands of years and also seems to have a truce with the Ruska Roma. It is also unknown if the Cult falls under the sovereignty of the High Table. Additionally, while members of the Cult have access to, and even respect the rules of the Continental, they are also known for being more of a "less than polite society."
