Mr. Nobody, also known as The Tracker, is a highly skilled assassin, freelance professional tracker, and bounty hunter who offered his services to the Marquis. His main goal was to collect an enormous bounty by tracking down and eliminating John Wick. He is the tertiary antagonist in John Wick: Chapter 4.
Mr. Nobody is an excellent bounty hunter who is well aware of John Wick and his reputation within the criminal underworld. Like Sofia Al-Azwar, he has a Belgian Malinois who is trained for combat as his partner.
Military service
His combat skills, marksman skills, and choice for a Belgian Malinois as a dog might be due to his former military career. Mr. Nobody has a few patches on his backpack. 1 of which is a rectangular green patch with a black symbol on it, which is the US Navy SEAL Trident. Below it, is a patch with a Skull and Bones, which is the squadron patch used by Blue Squadron of the Naval Special Warfare Developement Group, a.k.a. DEVGRU, or formerly known as SEAL Team 6. Mr. Nobody was most likely a K-9 dog handler during his time in the SEALs, and his dog might be his former Military Working Dog during his service, or a retired MWD.
In Osaka, the Tracker and his Belgian Malinois were on their way to the Osaka Continental. There, he approaches the reception where he met Akira. He was asked about his dog regarding animals are prohibited inside the hotel. With Mr. Nobody responds to her that the dog is his support animal. Akira then allowed his dog to stay inside the hotel's room. He then rests in the lobby lounge scanning and taking notes on his journal. Later, while Mr. Nobody was flipping some pages on his journal, he then notices Chidi and the Myrmidons entering the hotel which he checked a journal page that they where related to the High Table's Marquis de Gramont. This leads to a battle between Koji's men and the High Table forces later. Meanwhile, during the fight at the Osaka Continental continues, he killed a few other High Table forces and saves John's life, determining the bounty to not be high enough for him to collect it.
Mr. Nobody discussing the bounty service with The Marquis
After the Osaka engagement, Mr. Nobody met with the Marquis in Paris, although Caine warned him against making a deal, knowing that Vincent will twist it against him. Mr. Nobody negotiated a price and a pension, only to have Vincent stab him through the hand and then force Mr. Nobody to maim himself getting it out as proof of his commitment. Mr. Nobody was then hired by the Marquis Vincent de Gramont to hunt down and kill John Wick and kept Vincent apprised of his movements. After Mr. Nobody tracked John to the German branch of the Ruska Roma in Berlin, Vincent instantly went back and twists their deal and threatened to kill the bounty hunter if he didn't kill John, forcing him to comply.

Sometime later, he was discovered by Killa Harkan's mob outside Himmel und Hölle and was taken inside Killa's lair together with John and Caine. He later competed with Caine and Killa for the right to kill John in a poker game, only to work with John and Caine against Killa and his men after Killa cheated and orders his men to kill everybody. Mr. Nobody was stopped from shooting John as he escaped by Caine who needed to kill John to protect his daughter.
"Because the way I see it, is that if Mr. Johnny Boy, makes it to the church on time, this could be your last night as Marquis."
As John's duel with Vincent approached, he put a massive bounty out on his head in an attempt to stop John from reaching the duel. Chasing John throughout Paris, Mr. Nobody killed several assassins that got in his way and used Vincent's increasing desperation to force him to agree to actually pay Mr. Nobody $40 million if he succeeds. During a fight between the two men, Mr. Nobody's dog gets into a fight with Chidi, leading the hitman to nearly kill him. However, John shot Chidi, who survived due to his own bulletproof suit, saving the dog's life over the opportunity to kill Mr. Nobody. As a result, Mr. Nobody relented in trying to kill John. During John's fight with the assassins on the stairs, as Chidi prepared to kill John, Mr. Nobody shoots Chidi, saving John's life, and then has his dog savagely maul Chidi in the crotch. Telling Chidi that "you hurt my puppy," Mr. Nobody shoots him in the head, killing Chidi in revenge for hurting his dog.
During John and Caine's duel, Mr. Nobody and his dog sat on the sidelines and cheered for John and was visibly saddened when he was severely wounded and apparently about to be killed. After John killed Vincent and won the duel, Mr. Nobody laughed with delight at John's victory, though he watched once again with visible sadness as John seemingly succumbed to his wounds.
"Marquis: How were you able to locate him? Tracker: Pay and I'll tell you."
—Mr. Nobody and the Marquis
The Tracker only accepts jobs that he sees as being worth his price, going as far as refusing to kill John Wick when he gets the chance because the price is too low. He also has no problem with killing other assassins that get in his way just to ensure that he gets the bounty.
Much like John himself, the Tracker deeply loves his dog and takes it badly when the dog is hurt. After Chidi nearly killed his dog and John saved the dog's life, he vengefully sides with John and first has the dog maul Chidi in the crotch and then shoots him in the head in revenge for hurting his dog, much like how John went after Iosef Tarasov for killing Daisy.
The Tracker is shown to have a great deal of respect for John, going so far as to sit on the sidelines of his duel with Caine and cheer him on.
Abilities
Peak Human Condition: As a hitman, Mr. Nobody demonstrated peak human physicality and athletic skills.
Peak Human Endurance: After Mr. Nobody's hand was stabbed by the Marquis de Gramont, he was able to pull his hand away without pulling out the blade, enduring a great deal of pain in the process but not giving up.
Peak Human Strength: This can be seen when Mr. Nobody effortlessly carried and pummeled John to the ground during their fight in an abandoned building in Paris.
Mr. Nobody's spinning elbow strike.
Expert Martial Artist: Mr. Nobody demonstrates proficient skill in martial arts specifically in boxing, which is seen when he dispatches some of Killa's men in close quarters combat. He also briefly fought against John Wick and was skilled enough to make John struggle during their encounter.
"Yeah, I'm one bullet away from being a very rich man."
Expert Marksman: Mr. Nobody is seen using a wide range of firearms, from a revolver, to a lever-action, to a traditional handgun. He is able to handle all these weapons efficiently and with ease. Mr. Nobody also displays strong marksmanship. He is able to hit targets while firing from the hip using his revolver and is seen taking long range shots with his lever action. During the hunt for John in Paris, Mr. Nobody was able to shoot Chidi using his lever action from a fair distance away. He ultimately executed Chidi by shooting him in the head.
Intellect: Mr. Nobody possesses a keen intellect when it comes to finding someone. He was able to discern that John Wick was seeking refuge at the Osaka Continental. Additionally, Mr. Nobody was able to track John to Killa's nightclub and to Paris. The Marquis originally hired Mr. Nobody to track John, presumably having prior knowledge of his ability.
Animal Training: Mr. Nobody was able to train his dog to follow specific commands and assist him in combat. Mr. Nobody's dog also appears to be exceptionally athletic and fit as the canine easily jumped across car roofs and immediately got up after being thrown at a car by Chidi.

Bilingualism: Mr. Nobody speaks English and he understood the Marquis de Gramont when he spoke in French.
Drawing: Mr. Nobody is an extremely skilled artist. The drawings in his journal are extremely complex and intricate, almost photorealistic quality. He has drawings of Charon, Winston, and John Wick.
Equipment
Journal: Mr. Nobody is shown to own a journal that appears to be handwritten which contains information on a number of figures in the criminal underworld and their symbols, including John Wick, the Marquis Vincent de Gramont and the Bowery King.

DEVCORE Plate Carrier Backpack: Mr. Nobody is almost always seen wearing a bulletproof DEVCORE Plate Carrier Backpack. The backpack also features a bulletproof vest that can be deployed by pulling it over. The vest holsters a Glock 17 and two magazines. Mr. Nobody is shown blocking bullets by charging backwards at his opponents and with the bulletproof vest.
"GET HIM!"

Belgian Malinois: Much like the Casablanca Continental manager, Sofia, Mr. Nobody owns a Belgian Malinois which assists him in combat. The canine is first seen in the Osaka Continental with Mr. Nobody describing her as an "emotional support animal" and Akira reluctantly allowing the canine to stay at the continental. The canine is present during the Osaka Continental assault, where she is seen mauling the Marquis' operatives. The canine is also briefly shown at Killa’s nightclub, mauling his men. Furthermore, during the battle at the Arc de Triomphe, Mr. Nobody sics her on Chidi, however, Chidi throws it against a vehicle, wounding it. She is seen during the battle inside the abandoned building where Mr. Nobody sics it on several assassins. Later, Mr. Nobody has his dog savagely maul Chidi in the crotch in revenge for Chidi trying to kill his dog and the two watch John's duel together.
Weapons
Glock 19 (Custom): The Glock 19 Custom is holstered in the vest inside Mr. Nobody's backpack.
Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 686: Mr. Nobody is seen using a snub-nosed revolver. During the Osaka Continental assault, Mr. Nobody performed a fast draw and killed a Marquis operative. This revolver was confiscated by Killa's men before John, Caine and Killa played poker.
Custom Marlin 1894 Lever Action Rifle: Mr. Nobody is seen using a custom made Marlin 1894. This gun was custom made for John Wick: Chapter 4 by Mad Pig Customs. The rifle was first used by Nobody to open fire on Caine in order to prevent him from killing John. Additionally, Nobody also shot Chidi using the rifle, saving John's life, in return for John saving Nobody's dog and used the rifle to execute Chidi after his dog had mauled him.
Vehicles
Mercedes G-Wagon Pickup 4x4: Mr. Nobody can be seen driving a Mercedes G-Wagon Pickup Truck during the Arc de Triomphe battle. The specific year of the model is unknown, however, it can be identified as a Mercedes as the Mercedes badge is partially visible on the steering wheel for a few frames.

Weaknesses
Dependence: Mr. Nobody is very dependent on his Belgian Malinois in combat, frequently shouting commands at it and siccing it on enemies. The canine has assisted Mr. Nobody on numerous occasions during close-quarters combat and while Mr. Nobody was under suppressive fire. If Mr. Nobody's canine were to be killed or wounded, it would significantly reduce his capability in combat. This is exemplified when Mr. Nobody attempted to fight John Wick. Without his canine present, John was able to overpower Mr. Nobody and was presumably going to kill him, before choosing to save Mr. Nobody's canine instead.
Impractical Weaponry: Mr. Nobody is primarily seen using a Custom Marlin 1894 Lever Action Rifle. This weapon needs to be manually rechambered after firing, making it extremely impractical for close-quarters combat.
Trivia
Shamier Anderson has said that, at least in his mind, the Tracker needs the bounty money to help his mother in some way. It is unknown whether this is canon or not.
A drawing of a property can be seen in Mr. Nobody's journal. The drawing is accompanied by text reading: $48.3 million. This could allude to why Mr. Nobody demanded $40 million from the Marquis.
Mr. Nobody is most likely a former US Navy SEAL. This can be confirmed by the patches he wears on his backpack, and can be seen especially during his shots at the duel between John and Caine. He has 3 patches on his backpack. A patch with Skull and Bones, an Ace of Spades, and a rectangular green patch with a black symbol on it. The black symbol of the green patch can be identified as the US Navy SEAL trident. The patch with the Skull and Bones is the Squadron patch of Blue Squadron of the Naval Special Warfare Developement Group, a.k.a. DEVGRU, formerly known as SEAL Team 6. This might also explain the excellent marksman, combat and tracking skills, and the choice of a Belgian Malinois for a dog. The military uses them a lot as their Military Working Dogs, especially in Special Operations Forces. His dog might be his former Military Working Dog from during his military service, making him a K-9 handler during his time in DEVGRU.
